Completed in 2026, this custom deck replacement in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, transformed an aging outdoor structure into a clean, low-maintenance backyard living space. The 16′ × 16′ layout provides 256 square feet for outdoor dining, entertaining, and relaxing.
The existing deck was removed before a new pressure-treated frame was constructed. Pressure-treated 6″ × 6″ posts support a double beam and rest on 8,000 PSI footer pads installed approximately 36 inches below the surface.
TimberTech Prime Collection decking in Maritime Gray gives the deck a contemporary appearance while offering improved resistance to moisture, fading, staining, and everyday wear. A hidden-fastener system creates a smooth deck surface, with visible fasteners limited to the starter boards and fascia.
