Custom Deck Stairs and Two Landings

This 2022 project in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, improved access to a 10′ × 12′ deck with a new staircase, two landings, and railing details chosen to closely match the existing structure.

The stair layout includes two landings measuring approximately 4′ × 4′ each. About nine steps connect the deck to the yard, although the final step count depends on the finished grade. The lower landing sits near ground level and was planned without railing.

An opening was made in the existing deck railing for stair access. Custom V210 Series railing follows the stairs, with a white grab rail for added support and a gate at deck level.

White custom fascia finishes the new work. It was installed flush with the top of the decking to closely match the fascia and overall appearance of the existing deck.
