PVC Kona Deck Replacement

This 2022 deck replacement in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, began with the removal of the existing deck. The new 10′ × 10′ layout provides 100 square feet of outdoor space with a fresh PVC surface.

Kona-colored decking gives the platform a warm, rich appearance. White RadianceRail Express railing creates a bright contrast around the deck and gives the compact layout a finished look.

The new construction includes a deck frame, beam, and both 4″ × 4″ and 6″ × 6″ posts. Three steps, each approximately four feet wide, connect the deck to the yard.

Dumpster service for the demolition and delivery of the new materials was included in the project. The result is a complete backyard deck replacement with coordinated Kona decking, white railing, and convenient stair access.
