Brownstone AZEK Porch Resurfacing with Vertical Skirting in Palmyra, PA

This 2022 porch renovation in Palmyra, Pennsylvania, replaced an aging deck surface with low-maintenance AZEK decking while also giving the exposed sides of the porch a more complete and coordinated appearance.

The original deck boards were removed while the usable supporting structure remained in place. New AZEK Harvest Collection decking in Brownstone was then installed across the porch, introducing a warm brown surface with the traditional appearance of stained wood.

A CAMO fastening system was used to secure the new deck boards and maintain a clean, consistent finish across the walking surface. The Brownstone coloring complements the home while reducing the upkeep normally associated with a painted or stained wood porch.

Matching AZEK boards were installed vertically along the sides of the porch between the finished decking and the surrounding grade. This custom vertical composite skirting conceals the open area beneath the porch while carrying the Brownstone finish down to ground level.
