Balcony Railing and Stair Renovation in Myerstown, PA

This exterior renovation in Myerstown, Pennsylvania, updated an existing balcony and stairway while strengthening the adjoining roof structure. The original stairs, lower landing, balcony railing, and railing posts were removed and replaced with approximately 54 linear feet of white Superior 200 Series vinyl railing. Coordinating post wraps and fascia give the renovated balcony a clean, finished appearance.

A new landing and staircase provide access from the balcony to grade. Additional structural work included anchoring the roof to the wall, reinforcing the gutter beam to create a two-ply assembly, and securely refastening the existing gutter.
